These terms govern your use of the website at vka-tech.com, operated by V.K.A. Technologies LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”).
This website is informational. Software licences are granted under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract, and no licence arises from visiting it.
Who we contract with
We license software to businesses. We do not sell or provide a consumer connectivity service, do not operate exit nodes, and hold no relationship with the end users of applications built by our licensees.
Use of this website
You may view and use this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to overload it.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, our software, and the names, marks and designs used in connection with our business remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing on this site transfers any right in them to you.
Licensee obligations
Where we grant a licence under a separate agreement, the licensee is responsible for operating its own service lawfully — including compliance with applicable laws in each jurisdiction where it offers the service, the requirements of any application marketplace it distributes through, and its own obligations to its subscribers.
No warranty
This website is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Warranties relating to licensed software, if any, are set out solely in the applicable licence agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this website.

Where this site links to a third-party website, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
